CANCELLATION: You are welcome to cancel your appointment at any time, including up to the scheduled start time. Please note that all cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, regardless of when the cancellation was made. RESCHEDULING: There will be a $15 fee if the appointment needs to be rescheduled within 48hrs before the allotted time. NO SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS: Clients who do not show up will have their appointment canceled and the deposit will be forfeited which may also affect future bookings. Clients who arrive 15 mins+ late into their appointment may or will have to reschedule and there will be a $15 fee for rescheduling last minute. IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY: If the lash technician is unable to perform the scheduled service for any reason, your appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled. In the case of a cancellation, your deposit will be fully refunded to your original method of payment. If your appointment is rescheduled, your deposit will remain valid and rescheduling fee will be waived. PLEASE NOTE: Lash extension results and retention may vary based a person’ natural lash length, thickness, and growth cycle, as well as lifestyle and aftercare. While inspiration photos may be provided, final results are not guaranteed and may be adjusted to maintain the health of one’s natural lashes. REFUNDS I take pride in my work and care for my clients. If you have any allergic reaction to a service I provided, I will gladly remove your lashes, free of charge. This is on a case by case basis and I must be able to verify the allergic reaction. In cases where a removal is approved by K AMOUR LASH & HAIR, I will schedule you the next available appointment slot, which may be on the same day or at another date. ​​ If you are simply unhappy with your lashes or if you do not want to keep your lash extensions immediately after they have been installed, a removal is offered, free of charge. However, you will still be responsible for the appointment service charges.
